Amish Bread Starter, making a "Sharp batter" like bread. This starter makes cinnamon bread, with discretionary raisins and nuts. From the "e-Cookbook" 65 Amish Recipes


2/3 c. sugar

2/3 c. milk

2/3 c. flour

2/3 c. oil

3 eggs

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. vanilla

1 to 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1 c. sugar

2 c. flour

1 1/4 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. baking pop



Join fixings in an enormous impermeable compartment with cover. Store at room temperature, don't refrigerate. Mix consistently for 17 days. The formula causes an overabundance. In any case, consider vanishing.

Day 1, get the starter

Partition into 3 compartments of 1 cup each for companions.
